This will result in better response and stability, as well as looking better - wheels are usually more attractive than tyres, so you can have more wheel and less tyre! When plus sizing your wheels, remember to get the correct wheel and tyre ratio to avoid problems with your speedometer and odometer, engine and suspension that can be caused if the rolling diameter is wrong. If in doubt, you should consult a professional to help you choose the correct ratio for your vehicle.
Custom wheels are available from both automotive parts suppliers and many internet outlets. Some internet sites even allow you to see what your new wheels would look like on your model of car. Many parts suppliers or garages will fit your wheels for you if you do not wish to do it yourself.
